Your name, email and phone number when you make an account, and the housing details you tell me: school or area, dates, budget, group size, lease length and must haves. I also note how you found Subyy, so I know which pages are useful.

I use your search to watch listing sources and email you matches at the frequency you picked. You can change that frequency or pause me at any time from any email or from your settings.

Subtoo looks at all searches together to understand what students need around University City: how many people are searching, average budgets, common move in months, group sizes and lease lengths. This view is counts and averages only. It never includes your name, email, phone number or anything that points back to you.

If you check the opt in box, Subtoo may share your name, email, phone and search criteria with landlords and property partners so they can offer you a place. That box is off by default. If you leave it off, your contact details are never shared.

I do not sell your data, and I do not share your contact details with anyone unless you opted in. Your search is yours: no other student can see it.
